Teamwork!

It take a whole team

Jordan vs. Lebron Debate

The great debate is who is the greatest basketball player of all time. Many names have been mentioned, but mainly two names seem to always be at the top of the list: Michael Jordan and LeBron James. Lets find out why most people bring up the championship argument!

Everyone has a job!

“LeBron had to go up against the Warriors by himself! But Michael is 6 for 6 and Never went to a game 7!”

Team cohesion is an extremely important ingredient in the formula of winning. It is the ability to work together and how well a team can work together in the pursuit of reaching a goal.

All Parts Involved!

In any task you want to achieve, it takes a team effort. Everyone has a job and no one's job is more important than any other. Yes, there may be a team caption or leader, but they can't be a good leader without the team. There is a direct correlation between teamwork and winning. Bad teamwork results in less wins while good teamwork results in more wins. Take a second to look at any successful team and you will notice that everyone has a role and is very good at executing it.

Mental Health

You need a spotter!”

Lots of resources are available for athletes, but because of the stigma, they dont use them. Life is life a bench press, you could lift a lot more weight if you had a spotter to get it off of your chest. Spotters for mental health include: Licensed Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed, Professional Counselors, Certified Life Coaches, and others.

Get Inspired

The people you have around you could either provide energy for you or drain the energy from you. Pay close attention to how you act and how you feel when you get around certain people. If you energy level drops, that's a sign that you might not need to be around them very long. But if you feel empowered while being around them, keep them around as long as you can.
